"When my husband and I decided to sell our house in this failing economy, our first thought was to go with some of the bigger names in realty, hoping that they had the greatest experience and connections to sell our house in a timely manner. We met with a few realtors and received a quick run through of our house by realtors and a promise to call with a market value. These meetings were very impersonal and we did not get the feeling that our property was of great concern to these larger realtors.
